  • 2 lemons rind finely grated juiced
  • 1 tbs finely chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 2 bunches asparagus woody ends trimmed
  • 8 spring onions trimmed
  • 3 radishes very thinly sliced
  • 1 2 cup flat leaf parsley sprigs
  • lemon wedges to serve
