- heat 2 teaspoons oil in a small frying pan over medium high heat add onion cook stirring for 5 minutes or until softened transfer to a large bowl set aside to cool
- add mince relish capers mustard and beaten egg season with salt and pepper shape mixture into 4 patties place on a baking tray lined with baking paper cover refrigerate for 1 hour
