- 80mls 1 3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 1 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary coarsely chopped
- 8 about 600g lamb cutlets
- minted mashed potato to serve
- steamed baby carrots to serve

- combine the worcestershire sauce vinegar olive oil garlic and rosemary in a bowl place the cutlets in a large shallow dish pour the worcestershire marinade over the cutlets and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour
- preheat a chargrill on high
- remove cutlets from marinade and place on chargrill cook basting with the marinade for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking you may need to cook them in 2 batches
- serve with the minted mash and baby carrots
